Allow us 48 hours to create your custom artwork and send you a proof. Once artwork is approved allow 2-3 days to print and ship unless you are doing an instore pickup.

Items shall ONLY be returned if items are damaged, deffective, or misprinted as a result of clear seller error. Such items will only be returned for exchange if buyer complies with inspection and notice requirements to seller as provided in the terms and conditions attached hereto.
All products for funeral and memorial services are shipped USPS Express Overnight Delivery. All others are shipped USPS 2-3 day priority.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Memorial keepsakes products for funeral/memorial services are processed within 3 business days of paid invoice without rush fee. Such orders are shipped USPS Express Overnight.
Non-funeral/memorial products are processed within 7-10 business days without rush fee.
Customer shall review the contents of this invoice for accuracy of desired order. The remittance of this invoice shall act as approval by customer of said order AS IS.
Customer has 24 hours to inventory delivery and notify company of defects and/or missing items.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Printer IS NOT responsible for the outcome and quality of images supplied. For best results, all images should be 300dpi. See 'File Preperation' page.
Color voids probable during all over printing of pre-sown garments around seams, edges, and underarms. May vary from garment to garment.
